Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Senior Account Manager, Digital & Tech Division at 24 Seven Talent As brand and activation projects grow within the US, it's critical we have a representative locally in place, driving the global vision, working closely with the Global Brand & Activation Director. Managing projects and supporting the wider US team to deliver company objectives in this area. They will be naturally creative and innovative and be able to translate ideas into successful projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within the brand's guidelines. Responsibilities Ability to work with the Brand & Activation Director to understand strategic objectives and determine creative solutions that answer each brief. Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints that support the strategic goals of the business. Ensure all activations align with brand guidelines and pillars while maintaining high-quality standards. Liaising with all brand and activation representatives at London HQ to ensure the company brand vision is achieved. Pitch innovative ideas confidently and communicate creative vision to senior stakeholders and team members. Collaborate with North America Events team on activation plans, budget scenarios, and project development across all Global Brand Studio disciplines - Design, Copy, Video, Creative Development, and Operations. Champion cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams, stakeholders, and global markets. Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. Ideate and execute high-touch retail activations, pop-ups, and in-store moments that bring the brand to life while enhancing consumer discovery. Supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) supporting and collaborating with senior team members. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure the successful execution of brand projects. Focused with the ability to "˜cut through the noise', prioritize and make sound and rapid commercial decisions. Ability to troubleshoot challenges in real-time, pivot activation strategies as needed, and manage last-minute creative changes seamlessly. Pitch ideas confidently and present relevant creative vision clearly to senior creatives, as well as communicating in the same manner to other members of the creative team. Sourcing suppliers, partners, and manufacturers for brand-related projects including POS. Working with external vendors and agencies to develop and implement brand activations, pop-ups, new store concepts, windows, as well as trade shows. Overseeing production for brand-related projects where required. Maintaining budgets and timelines for projects to ensure they are delivered within cost and on time. At store level, work to ensure brand consistency in merchandising. Bridging between Branding and Sales to ensure our stores are on brand and provide additional branding material and guidance when necessary. Direct visual projects, window rollouts, events, photoshoots, and videos. Creating visual guidelines, trend reports, styling packs, and presentation documents. Working directly with store representatives on brand projects. Accustomed to working collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams. Qualifications Ability to deliver a consistent brand experience. Demonstrated experience in branding and activations. Focused ability to "˜cut through the noise', prioritize and make sound and rapid commercial decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong eye for detail and commercial awareness. Good eye for creativity and visual aesthetics. The ability to manage pressure and prioritize workloads. Ability to manage, motivate and build strong relationships with partners. Merchandising skills that can support multi-level stores. Ability to read technical drawings and understand 3D. Reporting/data analysis experience.
