Job Description:- Lead a Hardware Engineering team of up to 6 engineers.- Provide the technical and programmatic leadership for hardware design and support teams.- Ensure adequate trade studies, architectures, technical analysis, common hardware solutions, quality of products, and proper engineering process and methodology are followed.- Work with First Line Managers to properly staff programs.- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead/interact with a cross functional team. Will interact directly with various internal/external customers to work through technical issues, program planning, and field support.- Provide Earned Value updates as the program Cost Account Manager for all hardware engineering work packages.WHO WE AREAt Client you won't be just another face in the crowd.
