If you have a proven track record of success in civil litigation and a desire to focus your practice on employment matters, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including but not limited to: wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, FMLA issues, and non-compete agreements.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in all phases of litigation, from initial intake through trial and appeal.Advise clients on employment law compliance and best practices.Conduct and respond to discovery requests.Negotiate settlements and resolutions.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Potentially supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Washington State (or ability to obtain licensure promptly).Demonstrated experience in civil litigation.Ready or near-ready for 1st chair trial experience.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for employment law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.Experience in employment law is a plus, but we are open to retraining the right candidate with strong litigation pensation and Benefits: Anyone with more than 10 years of experience will be considered for higher compensation.
