CFS has partnered with a dynamic and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join their team ASAP!About the company:Over 500 retail locations across over 20 states in the US!One of the largest distributors/retailers in the businessBig believers in that "their people drive their success"In growth mode due to acquisition activity that has taken place in the last two yearsIn early stages, but planning to become a publicly-traded organization!Job Title: Payroll ClerkSummary: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment of employees and compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Calculate wages, deductions, and taxesProcess bi-weekly payroll for all employeesMaintain payroll records and documentationResolve payroll discrepancies and inquiriesPrepare and submit payroll tax reportsRequirements:At least one year of Payroll or HR experienceProficiency in payroll software and MS ExcelStrong attention to detail and math skillsKnowledge of payroll regulations and tax lawsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEducation:Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred#ZRCFS
