Accounting Manager TX

 Now Hiring: Accounting Manager | Conroe, TX Are you a strategic and hands-on Accounting Manager looking to make an impact? My Client, a growing leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a proactive financial professional to oversee accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and collaborate with global teams.What You'll Do:Serve as the financial advisor to the President & CEOOversee all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, GL, cost accounting, and inventory accounting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and management reporting packagesLead month-end and year-end closing processesDevelop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs)Manage treasury operations, including detailed cash flow forecastingCoordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial auditsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings in collaboration with tax advisorsWork closely with international teams, including Group Controlling and the Group CFOOversee payroll, hiring, and employee benefits administrationWhat You Bring:10+ years of accounting and financial management experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)Experience in international business, tax compliance, and transfer pricing (a plus!)Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, LucaNet, and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluency in English (German language skills a plus!)Ability to travel quarterly (mostly to Toronto, Canada)Why Join Us?Competitive salary & benefitsStable, growing company with global reachOpportunity to lead and drive financial strategyCollaborative and team-oriented environmentDirect impact on the company's success#ZRCFS #INMAR2025 #LI-PG1
