Treasury AssistantNotable organization is seeking a project-based Treasury assistant through the summer and beyond to assist with seasonal workloadABOUT THE COMANYOur client is a leading manufacturing organization seeking an interim Treasury AssistantWork with a team self-described as, "Good people," with a strong, welcoming company cultureWork on a variety of projects and workflowsHybrid opportunity!Opportunity to learn new skills and grow current skillsetsRESPONSIBILITES OF THE TREASURY ASSISTANT:The Treasury Assistant will work with 2-3 workflows to:The Treasury Assistant will receive data, analyze and perform light coding, and manually adjust credit memos in multiple windows;Post transactions to corresponding invoice in ERP (closing out AR invoice)Assist with light B2B collections of aging invoicesThe Treasury Assistant will verify payments are posted accordingly in ledgerProjects may include helping to clear vendor chargebacksEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE TREASURY ASSISTANT:Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systemsMust have strong experience with chargebacks, credit memos, and reconciliationsIdeal candidate will have experience with cash applicationsSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
