Purchasing Manager About the Company & Opportunity:CFS, NY is working with an established Non-Profit conveniently located Harlem near multiple forms of public transportationThe organization aids seniors to live independently, provides families for children, arranges safe and affordable housing, maintains hunger prevention centers and provides services for immigrants and refugees. They run various programs to aid in the areas mentioned above!This will be a full-time, hybrid positionResponsibilities of the Purchasing Manager:Handling procurement/purchasing & supply ordering primarily via emailSending quotes & other relevant info to vendors; maintaining strong vendor relationshipsApproving invoices in the systemWorking closely with assigned managers/buildings on purchasing needsExperience Preferred of the Purchasing Manager:Prior Procurement/Purchasing experience requiredReal estate experience a plus, but not required!AvidXchange experience is a plus!Strong verbal & written communication skillsEager to join a strong, collaborative team!
