Collections/ Accounts Receivable SpecialistAbout the Collections/ Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity: Our client is very well-established Asset Investment Company who has been in business since 2007This company has long tenured employees and offers growth within the organizationLaid back work environment that has a very diverse and inclusive company cultureCompany in hyper growth mode and will continue to grow organically and through acquisitionsResponsibilities of the Collections/ Accounts Receivable Specialist: Making business to business collections calls - around 60 call per day Reconciliations of payments Contact customers through both telephone and written communication to bring accounts to current status The candidate will focus on inquiring about the details of matured accounts receivable and document status of payment and/or reason for non-payment Work with client to develop ability to negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts Maintains accurate records of accounts When encountering discrepancies, investigate and develop ability to offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts, such as terms change and/or late delivery of goods or servicesQualifications of the Collections/ Accounts Receivable Specialist:3+ years of AR/Collections experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Excel proficiency: formulas, spread sheets, pivot tables are a plus. Someone who is team oriented but also has ability to work independently with limited supervision.#ZRCFS#INFEB2025
