Systems EngineerOnsite, downtown Columbus, OhioPosition SummaryThe Systems Engineer will ensure effective implementation, support, and adoption of IT solutions, including desktops/laptops, backup systems, M365, servers, networks, and other technologies. This role involves enterprise-level system support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT team members and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and prioritize IT support requests while maintaining detailed documentation.Manage computing environments, backups, disaster recovery, and system configurations.Assist in IT projects, including software updates, platform migrations, and employee training.Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and mentor team members.Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on emerging technology trends.QualificationsExperience with Active Directory, virtualization (e.g., vCenter, ESXi), M365, and backup systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.Knowledge of Microsoft server platforms, Group Policy, Intune, and authentication protocols.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
