Exciting Industry - Gain experience in hospitality and multi-property financial management.Key Responsibilities: Lead company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes. Prepare profit & loss statements and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for management. Develop and manage annual budgets for hotel properties. Collect and interpret financial data from senior leadership. Collaborate with the Controller and executive team on strategic financial reporting. Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and operational projects.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 8+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-property finance. Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced financial formulas. Experience with Sage accounting software.
