They also offer flexibility and a fantastic work life balance!Offering:Pension plan!401k/contribution plan plus up to 5% matchHealth insurance plans that the company contributes % towards premiumsHybrid work schedule(2 days in office, 3 days WFH)18 days PTO, floating holiday and paid holidaysEducation assistanceFantastic work life balance and flexibility!Plenty of training and department supportMission driven organization and very focused on customer serviceOpen door policy and they have long term employees as they are a very collaborative teamBig on cross training and no set career path and could go anywhere within the organization!Location of office is super central and is very accessible!Garage parking in buildingSenior Accountant Job Responsibilities:Lead accounting operations for the department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget management.Serve as the primary finance contact, overseeing annual budgeting and reforecasting.Collaborate with Finance, leaders, and stakeholdersManage monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and compliance deadlines.Prepare audit workpapers and assist with annual consolidated and single audits.Review and correct accounting transactions to ensure accurate project-level reporting.Work with Finance teams on board meeting preparations.Maintain expertise in grants, contracts, and non-profit financial operations.Senior Accountant Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.5-10 years of accounting experience, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Experience with federal government grants & contracts.Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.Experience preparing annual budgets and 990 non-profit tax returns.#INFEB2025#ZRCFS#LI-JG1
