Accounting ManagerLocation: Hybrid- Columbus, OHSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000Position SummaryThe Accounting Manager will oversee the finance and accounting functions in a growth role for an expanding supply company in Columbus, OH. Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, improve process efficiencies, and maintain strong internal controls.Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:Oversee accounting operations, including revenue recognition, working capital management, inventory, vendor contracts, fixed assets, cost controls, and risk management.Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Supervise and develop a team of three accounting professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.Support financial audits and tax compliance.Manage customer contracts and revenue recognition processes.Improve internal processes and financial controls.Prepare financial presentations for the Board of Directors.Oversee inventory control processes within NetSuite ERP.Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.Manufacturing and cost accounting experience a plus.#ZRCFS#INMAR2025#LI-LC1#LI-Hybrid
