ABOUT THE ROLE: We're seeking a creative, collaborative thinker, and a buttoned up Integrated Account Supervisor that doesn't shy away from a challenge. This person should possess sharp instincts, have a team-oriented attitude, be eager to learn from those around them, and have a strong voice to manage and lead their projects. This person should not wait for projects to be assigned, but should be comfortable digging into the clients' business to help elicit success and growth. A successful Account Supervisor will work hard, laugh along the way and be proud of the work delivered. The AS will report to an Account Director and Group Account Director. This person will also be responsible for the management and career development of team members. The role of the Account Supervisor is to: * Flawlessly manage the day-to-day running of the account in order to ensure the delivery of great, effective work * Be responsible for delivering against the direction set by the Account Director while managing up to ensure team is up-to-speed at all times * Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's business: structure, objectives, obstacles, competitive, industry trends, etc. * Build relationships with key clients, internal teams and external partners * Ensure that the execution of all creative solutions are met on time and on budget * Oversee and mentor junior members of the Account Management team Responsibilities Specifically, the responsibilities of the Account Supervisor are as follows: * Day-to-day management and administration of the account * Manage weekly status report and lead client status meeting * Ensure internal teams are clear on daily tasks * Manage the client budget and billing * Help manage development of presentation materials * Develop a meaningful relationship with clients by being knowledgeable * Make it your business to know everything happening on your account at all times, at the client and internally * Add value by taking initiative in anticipating potential hurdles and identifying solutions to overcome challenges on the clients' behalf * Reinforce marketing best practices * Contribute strategically to the account in a meaningful way * Ensure the proper information is collected from the client at the beginning of a project. Ask questions if something is missing that will impact a solid creative brief. * Partner with Strategic Planning on creative brief development * Contribute to the team's thinking about the brand and help build strategic arguments * Be a competitive center of excellence for the team at all times. Stay current on what the competition is doing from an advertising and marketing perspective. * Pave the way for great creative ideas to flourish * Shepard agency process and ensure that appropriate parties are engaged at every stage of development * Work with project management and production to develop project schedules and budgets * Develop assignment briefs for projects that do not require a new creative brief * Support in the creative development process; be comfortable running projects independently * Help creative teams by providing any insight they need to successfully develop work throughout the entire process * Ensure that all creative - concepts, designs, logos, taglines, etc. - are run internally through D&G Business Affairs, prior to being presented to Client * Manage the Client's compliance and legal requirements * Oversee production of all projects, independently and confidently * Manage and mentor junior members of the team * Develop and manage junior team members; establish goals and ensure they are given the opportunity to grow * Mentor junior members of the team on a daily basis, providing them the support they need * Use your knowledge effectively to make your team aware of anything that could enhance its performance * Delight your clients with the benefits of your knowledge - from sending them interesting articles, to giving a considered opinion on competitive Qualifications * 5-7 years of agency experience, preferably at a creatively driven agency * Should have strong digital, social, broadcast and OOH production experience * Confident, entrepreneurial spirit and drive * Must have stamina, even under severe time pressure. Possess the ability to always remain cool and calm and navigate situations with tact and maturity, setting an example for those around you. * Excellent communication skills * Proactive, strong problem solving skills, detail oriented * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred Video Link (1 min. max); show us why you're brave!
