Job Description:Indrotec is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join the expanding QualiTech team in Chaska, MN! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee production processes, machine operations, and manufacturing workflows while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. What You'll Do: Lead production teams to meet goals in efficiency, quality, and safety Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and boost productivity Train and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for safe food and feed production Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve product quality Conduct incident investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring: 5+ years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred) Supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, organization, and team-building skills Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year Career growth in an innovative, people-first company Post Date: 02.27.2025 Salary: $38.00 /hr - $41.00 /hr Shift: 2nd Benefits: Medical and wellness benefits, including physical, dental, and visual benefits will be made available.
