Summary:The QTI Group is seeking DIRECT HIRE Production Supervisor on 2nd shift. If you have 5+ years of Metal Manufacturing Supervisory experience, a strong work ethic and communication skills you are encouraged to apply.Working hours are Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pmPay: $60,000-65,000/year depending on experienceResponsibilities:Provide support to shop floorCommunicate and build trust while fostering ongoing positive working relationshipsManage capacity, productivity and efficiency, establish and monitor appropriate metrics and make necessary improvements based on dataFoster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagementRoot cause analysisQualifications:Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical schoolMinimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a related fieldFamiliar with ISO 9000, Six sigma and lean manufacturing
