WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a Production Coordinator at Revive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Owner's Representatives and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish of the renovation. You will collaborate closely with real estate agents, homeowners, and contractors to optimize project timelines and ensure our clients have the best construction experience possible. While you will be part of the Production Team, this role will only visit project sites if absolutely necessary and will instead spend their time coordinating efforts from our Irvine office. It is a requirement that you have experience working directly with real estate agents and supporting them in their role. Having previous experience in construction is not required, but you will be expected to learn it and there is an opportunity to grow into a Junior Owner's Rep if you are interested. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, a strong communicator, proactive instead of reactive, and has experience deescalating tense situations. In addition to providing the highest level of customer service, you will be working closely with our Head of Production, COO, and other leaders to identify ways to automate processes or add new technology that will lead to a better experience. Support Owner's Representatives:Provide in-office support to Owner's Representatives visiting project sitesCommunicate regularly with the team as you update them on any calls, emails, or texts that may have come in while they were visiting the projectCustomer Service Excellence:Maintain the highest level of customer service standards when communicating with homeowners, agents, and contractors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Identify solutions to customer concerns and involve the necessary Revive team members when appropriate.Project Monitoring and Optimization:Strategically monitor project processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation within the construction workflow.Proactively reach out to other Production Team members and clients should something in the project need their attention.Technology Integration:Utilize Revive's proprietary technology to facilitate project management and communication, ensuring seamless integration and adoption among stakeholders.WHO YOU ARE:Requirements 2+ years in the real estate industry working directly with agentsExperience in a Transaction Coordinator, Listing Manager, Construction Coordinator, or similar administrative and operations based roleComfortable supporting and coordinating 25+ projects at one timePast success in a fast-paced, startup environmentExpertise with project management and communication tools such as Slack and ZoomProfessional written and verbal communication skillsHigh EQ and ability to de-escalate stressful situations between multiple partiesNice to HaveExperience in single family renovations (SFR)Compensation & Benefits:Total Compensation: $65k - $70k (Base: 60k)Company equity eligibility.Opportunity to play a key role in Revive's continued success.Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)$65,000-$70,000 USDCOMPENSATION RANGE AND CONSIDERATIONS:The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future.
