Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Use databases to manage the purchasing of instructional software by school districts. * Provide email and phone support to component school districts and building administrators, teachers and clerical staff. * Identify and manage instructional software purchases by school districts. * Oversee the planning of marketing events and user groups with vendors. * Arrange and attend instructional software events. * Work with various vendors on purchasing agreements. * Coordinate use of state-wide purchasing agreements. * Coordinate with BOCES representatives from other BOCES throughout New York State. REQUIREMENTS: * New York State Education Department Certification: School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA). * Excellent managerial, interpersonal, written, verbal and communication skills. * Experience with instructional technology and applications. * Administrative experience and at least three years of teaching experience. * Ability to travel within New York State. SALARY: As per labor contract.
