What's the role? We're seeking for an Account Manager to passionately create enthusiastic customers. Focus on providing sales execution, account development and technical support, while nourishing long-term relationship with customers in the Southern, Northern and Central Serbia. What does the role involve? The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place. What you need is: * Bachelor's degree * Good level of written and spoken English * At least 3 years of experience in direct sales (preferable within construction industry) * Experience on using SFDC (Sales force) is a high asset * Ability to manage accounts and deals * Driver's license * Results-oriented and suitable for consultative sales * Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders * Ability to spot, understand and analyze customer needs & requirements and offer appropriate products & solutions * Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment * Be able to influence customer satisfaction positively at all levels of the organization Why should you apply?
