The Shift Supervisor is a key member of the EDCOAT Manufacturing team. This full-time, exempt position is based in New Carlisle and reports to the Sr. Production Manager. As the front-line manager, this position works closely with the production lead, and is responsible for the planning, organizing and to control the production of both paint lines and slitting to ensure that the required products are safely produced with the expected quality, lead time, and cost to meet all manufacturing goals.
