About the Job Our Client Success group is responsible for being experts in our advertising clients' businesses and the agencies that support those clients in both creative and campaign development. This team also manages the execution and optimization of campaigns that have been sold by direct sales teams. What You'll Do: * In partnership with the other members of the Client Success team, utilize your superb account management skills to shepherd media campaigns from post-sale creative development to execution * Leverage your keen ability to interpret data and comfort with multitasking to track campaign performance across assigned client roster and generate insights-driven mid and post-campaign reports * Glean campaign insights to drive upsell and incremental spend opportunities for your brands * Within 30 days, develop fluency with all internal campaign management systems (Salesforce, Tableau, ad server) and team documents and attain a working knowledge of Infillion's product portfolio * Within 60 days, gain a firm understanding of the investment habits and activation tactics of each assigned advertiser account in order to act as a trusted advocate (in concert with CS and Sales leads) for their business growth * Utilize your passion for advertising and drive to go above and beyond to deliver for your clients to examine marketplace trends and help identify new areas of opportunity for client investment (products, audience targets, etc.), providing month-to-month upsell guidance * Collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategy, Ad Operations, and Client Success team stakeholders in the daily accomplishment of typical account management tasks including RFP response, pipeline review, inventory risk assessment, and campaign launches * Apply your experience working with advertising agencies and/or digital publishers to review insertion orders, verifying that terms/tactics on the final contract match what is booked in Salesforce system * Use your strong communication skills and positive attitude to inspire teammates and share your unique point of view in internal/external meetings and presentations * Attend and add value at client and agency meetings Who you are: * A proactive go-getter - you take ownership and are accountable for all you do, with the initiative to learn new skills on the fly * A detail-oriented professional - you are meticulous with your work and never lose the trees for the forest * An analytical thinker - you love creating meaning out of data and can work an Excel spreadsheet with the best of them What you have: * Minimum of 2-4 years of digital media experience * At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Planner or Coordinator, preferably at an agency, digital publisher or ad tech company strongly preferred * Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong skills with GSuite of tools, PowerPoint and Excel * Understanding of Agency landscape Benefits & Perks: It's no secret that we work hard, but we also strive to create an office environment where the lines between work and play are blurred.
