They are focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring high-quality output.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for this role include:Monitoring and Optimizing Performance: Overseeing the production line to ensure it runs smoothly, addressing process problems, and ensuring schedules are met while minimizing interruptions.Team Leadership and Coordination: Leading production teams, setting objectives, promoting cross-training, and managing performance to achieve production goals.Problem Solving and Support: Acting as a technical resource to resolve minor production or equipment issues and ensuring proper utilization of resources, including manpower and equipment.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for production staff.Focused Improvement Initiatives: Leading teams in driving focused improvement projects to enhance quality, service, safety, and cost-effectiveness across operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
