In this role, you will enhance our members' experiences with Debit and Credit Cards by processing new card requests, handling payments, and providing troubleshooting assistance for cardholder inquiries. Your attention to detail will help detect fraud and maintain the integrity of our services.Would you be a great Card Services Representative I?To excel as a Card Services Representative I at Christian Community Credit Union, you will need a solid foundation of skills and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside a minimum of one year of banking experience, particularly in debit/credit card operations, customer service, or card fraud prevention. Knowledge of card authorizations and settlements is a must. Familiarity with software tools such as Episys, STAR, FDR, and Velera is preferred, as these systems will be integral to your daily tasks. An understanding of emerging payment technologies, including mobile wallets and contactless transactions, will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, will also support your success in providing exemplary service.
