Production Supervisor

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading small teams, tracking inventory and working with welding production.Responsibilities:Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.Assist staff in welding, assembly, inventory management, and shipping/receiving as needed.Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.Hands-on experience in welding, assembly, inventory, and shipping/receiving.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
