Field Supervisor

OnsiteA leading commercial moving company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate commercial moving crews, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and meet client expectations. You ll manage day-to-day operations, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and uphold company standards on every job site. They are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and excels at motivating diverse teams.Salary Range: $24 - $28 / hourField Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate 1 15 crew members on commercial moving job sites dailyEnsure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and client-specific requirementsMonitor project progress and address challenges to keep schedules on trackCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding updates and expectationsProvide training and support to enhance crew performance and safety awarenessConduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company and client standardsMaintain accurate records of daily activities, crew performance, and project statusesLiaise with dispatchers and report issues or updates as necessaryField Supervisor Requirements:Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in commercial moving, logistics, or related fieldsFamiliarity with NYC logistics and building requirements for commercial movesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic computer skills for reporting and communicationStrong leadership and communication skillsProven problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make quick, effective decisionsExcellent organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with job site safety protocols and regulationsBilingual abilities is a plus!Benefits:Comprehensive medical benefits401(k) availableGenerous PTOOpportunities for growth, including raises and advancement within the companyApply today to become a valued member of this expanding company! #LI-CM1
