Position Overview The Shipper/Receiver Supervisor helps achieve world-class store performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth. The Shipper/Receiver Supervisor oversees the shipping and receiving of orders and helps maintain the overall organization of the branch. What you'll do: * Supervise Shippers and Receivers to ensure orders for international and domestic customers are packed according to company standards, as well as international industry shipping standards (if applicable). * Supervise Drivers to ensure that their loads are secured prior to departure as per federal and state regulations. * Schedule loads for shipments, both internationally and domestically. * Maintain the completion report to make sure customer parts orders are printed and pulled in a timely fashion. Expedite back-order parts through supply management. * Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance. * Oversee overall operations of warehouse and inventory management and assist the branch in achieving other goals as needed.
