About the job Production Team Member Production Member The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the concrete industry, particularly in precast operations, and will be comfortable with both hands-on operational tasks. Ideal candidates play a crucial role in establishing and managing precast concrete operations from the ground up.Pay starts at $18/hr. Job Summary: Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.Strip and clean concrete forms and products. Prepare steel molds for filling and concrete.Perform basic carpentry skills. Operate Table Benders, Shear Lines, Automatic Benders and Overhead Cranes Oversee and manage daily operations of the precast concrete production. Assist in the concrete pouring and refinish-rebuilt-repair process. Clean and prep mold and forms. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Facility Maintenance and housekeeping. Precast Concrete Operations Specialist Qualifications Proven experience in the precast concrete industry. Strong operational background with a hands-on approach. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Knowledge of concrete mixing systems and production processes. Commitment to safety and quality assurance.Manufacturing of construction experience preferred. Knowledge of basic math and measurements. What You'll Need Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions Able and willing to cross train as required Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits and ability to be punctual.
