Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift | Sheet Metal FabricationLocation: Bensenville, ILType: Full-timeLead the 2nd Shift in a Growing Sheet Metal Fabrication FacilityWe are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift operations at a well-established sheet metal fabrication company. After doubling our labor hours and expanding our facility, we have launched a 2nd shift and need a dedicated leader to manage daily production, ensure machine setups, and support our growing team. If you have supervisory experience, strong technical knowledge of punch presses in sheet metal, and are bilingual in English and Spanish, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role.What We Offer Competitive Pay - 90K - 100K (will work overtime and be paid for it) Health Benefits - Full comprehensive benefits Retirement Plan - 5% 401(k) match with no cap Growth Potential - Opportunity to grow based on performance Modern Facility - new equipment, clean, well-lit environmentWhat You'll Be Doing Supervise and lead the 2nd shift team, ensuring production goals are met efficiently Oversee the press department, including turrets, punch presses, shears, and bending machines Ensure proper machine setup and tooling, working with Amada machines and various fabrication tools Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output Train and support operators, ensuring smooth shift operations and continuous improvement Use calipers and precision measuring tools to verify product specifications Collaborate with leadership, acting as the primary management representative on the floor during 2nd shiftWhat You Need to Succeed HS diploma is required 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication Must have leadership / Supervisory experience managing production teams Hands-on knowledge of machine setups and tooling in punch press, CNC, and laser cutting operations Bilingual in English and Spanish (required to effectively communicate with operators) Ability to read blueprints and use calipers for quality control Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor operatorsAdditional Details Shift: 2nd shift starting at 12 PM Start on 1st shift for 3-4 weeks for training before transitioning to 2nd shift Overtime available (up to 20 extra hours per week)About UsWe are a family-owned sheet metal fabrication company with a strong reputation in the industry.
