B&L Information Systems is looking for an Account Executive to join our team. About Us: B&L Information Systems is a leading provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions for foundry and die casting industries since 1976. Headquarters in Bridgman, MI, B&L provides reliable SaaS technology, Industry developed solution with a highly experienced team of business professionals. Job Summary: Reporting directly to our VP of Business Development, the Account executive will play a key role in hunting, finding and successfully closing new accounts for B&L. As an Account Executive at B&L key responsibilities include the following: * Identify and engage potential customers through strategic prospecting and research across multiple channels. * Drive New business development by targeting and securing new accounts, contributing to the growth and success of B&L. * Understand prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals. * Negotiate and close the new contracts, ensuring the company's goals are achieved. * Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs. * Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with muti-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts. * Create and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities. Contact and qualify leads. * Consult, build, and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations. * Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. * Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities in CRM system. * Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required. * 3+ years of experience in sales solution-based SaaS in a quota-carrying role. Desired Skills and Experience * Proven skills in consultative sales experience that affect multiple areas of a business. * Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. * A collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. * A naturally curious and passionate personality. * A keenly developed competitive nature. * A self-driven sense of motivation. Compensation * $60,000 - $70,000 base salary. * This is a commission-eligible role. * Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range. * B&L provides full pay range so candidates can consider their growth potential. Additional Details * This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Bridgman office and allows 2 days per week, work from home. * Open to regional remote position. * This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in and be located in the US. * This position could require up to 50% travel.
