Dieffenbach's Snacks, a family-owned and mission-driven snack food manufacturing company. As a key member of the leadership team, the Production Supervisor will lead and oversee all aspects of the production process for their shift. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance the technical aspects of food manufacturing with engaging and making a positive impact on people!In this role, you'll lead a dedicated production team, ensuring smooth operations while driving quality, efficiency, and safety.
