Primary Responsibilities: * Underwriting * Marketing * Issuing Certificates of Insurance * Quoting * Service of an existing book of business * All aspects with the new and renewal process Qualifications: * Most possess excellent communication skills in client interactions. * Applied Epic experience is a plus! * Must have professional phone etiquette for heavy phone customer service. * Must have the ability to multi-task. Experience: * 2+ years related experience in the insurance industry * Knowledge of EPIC preferred * High school diploma, college degree preferred
