Job Type Full-timeDescriptionVarious aspects of transformer manufacture- Welding, Buffing, Winding coils, Lacing coils, Core & Coil Assembly, Tanking, Final FinishComplete transformer manufacture with consistent speed and accuracyEnsure that production requirements and standards are met consistentlyMake every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising qualityOperate machinery correctly and maintain it with careReport any machinery issues to managementWork cooperatively with the production team to meet dates and goalsMaintain a clean and safe work areaObserve all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to managementFollow all written and verbal instructionsAttend all safety and production trainingsRequirementsPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday- shift hours may vary per department.
