Shipping & Quality Associate.

We are a sign manufacturing company seeking a Shipping & Quality Associate to play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered to our customers efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Thoroughly inspect all jobs at each stage of production using a detailed checklist to ensure quality standards are met.Shipping & Packaging: Prepare and package all items for shipment, ensuring secure and accurate deliveries.Receiving Shipments: Manage incoming deliveries, including small packages (UPS) and larger materials (e.g., 48 x 96 sheets weighing 10-40 lbs).Job Coordination: Review our system to track jobs and follow up with the team to ensure timelines are met.Inventory & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing inventory for shipping and production materials.Sign Assembly: Add mounting to signs as required, such as foam tape, magnetic backing, Velcro, or other specified methods.Process Documentation: Capture photos of products during the production and packaging process for quality and reference. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Physical ability to lift and move materials (up to 40 lbs).Experience in a manufacturing or shipping/receiving role preferred.Dependable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with basic tools and mounting methods (training provided).
