We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before. Role Summary As an Account Executive, you will be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their business challenges and demonstrating how LeadSimple's solutions can drive efficiency and profitability. This role is ideal for a consultative, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a high-growth environment, is skilled at building relationships, and enjoys selling into small-to-mid-market, and enterprise property management businesses. Success in this role requires strategic sales execution, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for customer success. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for a highly consultative, results-oriented sales professional who is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple decision-makers. You have a track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into small to mid-sized businesses. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where curiosity and continuous learning drive success. You're a proactive problem-solver, skilled at uncovering client pain points and mapping solutions to their needs. Whether you're on a discovery call, negotiating a deal, or presenting to a group, you communicate with clarity, confidence, and a deep understanding of your audience. If you've worked in property management technology (PropTech) or have experience selling workflow automation or operations-focused software, that's a plus-but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and help them win. A Day In The Life Of... In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a full sales pipeline and consistently hitting your targets. You'll prospect new leads, conduct discovery calls to understand their pain points, and deliver compelling product demos that showcase LeadSimple's value. Your ability to communicate clearly and tailor solutions to each client's unique challenges will be key to earning trust and moving deals forward. Throughout the process, you'll leverage your industry knowledge to position LeadSimple against competitors like AppFolio, Buildium, and RentManager, helping clients make informed, confident buying decisions. Beyond closing deals, you'll also play a role in refining our sales process and sharing best practices with the team. We value collaboration, and your insights will help us improve our playbooks, messaging, and overall approach. Additionally, you'll represent LeadSimple at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences, further establishing our brand in the market. Education & Experience We recognize that great sales professionals come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. While a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field is preferred, we value proven sales expertise and a strong track record of success over formal education alone. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, with preference given to those who have 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales environment. Candidates with experience selling to SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise businesses, particularly in property management or operational workflow software, will be highly regarded.
