Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Job DescriptionPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day supervision of employees, including training, performance evaluation, and job executionCoordinate set-up of new jobs ensuring that Run Sheets, Materials, Personnel, and Equipment are adequately allocatedCoordinate employees' schedules such as overtime, vacation, and attendanceReview and approve employee labor hours utilization Assist with inventory cycle countingAssist with problems encountered as needed and interface with all levels of the company to ensure production objectives are met.Assist Quality Control technician with observing & correcting quality issuesMust ensure that company policies and procedures are enforced, and always adhered to.Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of equipment and materials in the fabrication areaResponsible for ensuring employees' safe work environment; work with the HSE Manager regarding complications and/or proposed improvements. Report any incidents to the HSE department as soon as possible.Responsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs; including but not limited to the process map, support processes, health, safety, and environmental requirements.Other duties as assignedAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred but not requiredPrevious Management or Supervisor experiencePrevious experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred Basic Computer knowledge is strongly preferredHigh Energy self-directed problem solver with a strong action/decision-making bias.Ability to energize those around you for a common goal.Committed to self-improvement/ team improvement through shared academic study and practical deployment of manufacturing best practices globally.Acutely aware of but unafraid of risk.Ability to identify, prioritize, and run to the opportunities that facilitate measurable gains in conversion efficiency.Ability to lift 50 pounds requiredAble to stand for long periodsPay Range:$27.00 - $32.00 hourly
