The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel based in London. We are opening a new property with an all-day public restaurant and private members' club located in the former Margaret Louisa Home in Union Square. We are looking for a Reception Host to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer service oriented and have a passion for hospitality. Front desk experience is a plus. If you are warm, eager, and dedicated, we would love to meet you! Overview: The Receptionist Host will assist the Maí®tre D in providing outstanding levels of service to all members and guests who arrive to The Living Room and Dining Room within The Twenty Two. The host makes bookings, escorts guests to their tables, and liaises with the floor time regarding any special requests or information. General Responsibilities: Provides an outstanding level of service to all guests by delivering an engaging, attentive, and charismatic service. Offers a warm welcome to all members and guests. Stays up to date with all food and beverage knowledge. Coordinates with the dining team members to ensure all guest requests have been relayed. Communicates clearly and effectively with all parties.
