The assistant general manager will work closely with the General Manager, Director of Operations and Ownership in the ongoing evolution and upward growth of this concept. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, service, and the overall curation of the guest experience.   Direct Reports: -FOH Management Team -Maitre D's -Hourly Service Staff ____________ Duties and Responsibilities: -Ongoing curation of a talented and passionate team mates. -Continued development and implementation of training systems and incentives. -Provide an undeniable source of leadership and inspiration. -Lead financial planning and budgeting efforts to achieve long term profitability. -Leverage bar program and private event space to maximize revenue streams. -Form relationships with regulars, local colleagues, and concierges. -Monitor and optimize financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue growth. -Create strategies to manage reservations effectively and enhance overall revenue potential. -Introduce systems and protocols to elevate guest experience and streamline operations. ____________ Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Minimum 4 years in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in restaurant openings preferred.
