We are looking for an Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who embodies the core values and traits of Lacoste. The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for the selling, service, and management of Lacoste product lines across Men's, Women's, and Kid's Footwear to a select list of Major Department Store and Lifestyle accounts in the U.S. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans and brand strategy under the direction of the Director of Footwear and Key Accounts. Present various Footwear collections to Major Department Store and Lifestyle accounts. Drive account growth and profitability by assessing and building on areas of momentum; capitalize on product/pricing opportunities and course-correct with innovative sales tactics to improve sales performance with accounts. Assist in the forecasting of assigned accounts as well as monitoring and managing profitability each season (discounts, returns, margin assistance). Collaborate with marketing, visual, and merchandising departments to ensure that the Lacoste image is properly presented to maximize sales performance. Partner with order fulfillment and operations teams to facilitate customer service as needed. Retain relationships with the field team by keeping them updated on all communication regarding new shipments and delays. Maintain exceptional relationships with assigned accounts and act as a brand ambassador by providing merchandising and product knowledge training through store visits. Collaborate with global counterparts across wholesale and merchandising to maximize all levers and insights to build the U.S. business. Requirements/Qualifications: Four years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with Major Department and Lifestyle accounts. Proven track record of sales and prior strong relationships with various department stores. Strong organizational, analytical and presentation skills. Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to compile large volumes of data on a spreadsheet with a high degree of accuracy. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and able to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Ability to travel up to 50% and lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs. Core Values and Traits: Play as One Team: Showing respect towards everyone.
