SAP SD/MM & Retail Consultant (Japan-based)

Full time Location: Okinawa, Japan | Tokyo, Japan | Kyoto, Japan | Osaka, Japan Experience Level: 8-10 years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD/MM & Retail Consultant to join a rollout project for a Boston-based company operating in Japan. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a global team, including professionals based in NYC, USA, and a Project Manager in Japan. This role requires expertise in SAP SD/MM, retail integration, warehouse operations, and SAP S/4HANA 2020. Candidates must have strong experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes and retail e-commerce integration. Key Responsibilities: Handle Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Pricing processes. Work on Retail Integration, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation Management. Ensure seamless Integration with Retail Systems. Support the e-commerce portion of retail business processes. Work with SAP Versions 15-24, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA 2020. Implement and manage Customer Activity Repository (CAR). Oversee POS Inbound and Outbound processes. Enhance Retail Store Operations through SAP solutions. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in SAP SD/MM & Retail Consulting. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA 2020 and related retail functionalities. Experience in order-to-cash processes and retail e-commerce integration. Hands-on expertise in Customer Activity Repository (CAR), POS, and FIORI applications.
