Security Guard

Job requirements:  Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to provide good customer service. Professional and neat appearance.  Responsibilities:  Provide a presence and monitor for possible issues with guests. Be aware of guests entering the building that may be an issue due to intoxication or other reasons. Support staff with difficult customers that may pose a threat to others. Deescalate issues with guests in a timely manner.  Greet guests and assist guests with wayfinding throughout the building. Help guests with ticketing when needed. Provide general theater information and policies to guests.  Building walk-through before closing each night to assure all guests have left the building. Stay on duty until the last manager is leaving the building (when scheduled). Provide a secure environment for closing managers while they attend to closing duties Communicate with Managers with any issues that arise Help maintain a friendly and clean environment.    Employment requirements:  2 + years of related experience.  Job references in related work experience a must.  Arrive on time and ready for work at your scheduled time.  Uniform is all black, plain clothes or Nitehawk T-shirt.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  Act in the best interest of service and the guest experience Adhere to all Nitehawk policies Must be available to work weekends and holidays Employment Details: Reports to: General Manager Position: Door Security Person Compensation: $22.00/hour  Status: Part -Time Paid weekly during active employment NIC Paid Sick Leave and PTO accrual
