Are you a friendly, organized individual with a passion for customer service? Jerry's Bar, a vibrant and busy neighborhood restaurant, is looking for a Host to join our team! Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Manage the waitlist and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with seating preferences. Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area. Handle phone calls for reservations, take-out orders, and inquiries. Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours to minimize wait times. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
