Position Title: International Shipping Coordinator Department: Production Location: Sioux Falls, SD About AGI AGI Hi Roller manufactures a line of premier commercial enclosed, dust-tight and self-reloading conveyors, designed for installation in grain handling facilities, soy and corn processing operations and industrial operations. It specializes exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials but will also automatically reload that material back on the carrying surface of the belt. The Opportunity Join the Hi Roller team as our International Shipping Coordinator and you will play an integral role in shipping our top-quality grain conveyors all over the world. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of freight carriers and third-party logistics providers as well as Hi Roller's customers and other internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to showcase your attention to detail and put your organizational, problem-solving, and customer services skills to work. The Team You will be supported in this role by our experienced logistics team consisting of shipping, receiving, and inventory control professionals. As an International Shipping Coordinator, you will collaborate with your Logistics Supervisor and peers to ship top-quality grain conveyors for our customers. Responsibilities * Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. Wear required PPE to prevent injuries. * Plan and coordinate international shipments of finished goods ensuring cost-effective and timely shipments. * Prepare necessary international shipping documentation. * Manage inventory to meet order demands to prevent production delays and to ensure shipments are complete and accurate. * Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders providing excellent customer service. * Provide shipment tracking and reporting. * Ensure that shipping containers or pallets are packed to minimize damage during transport and to maximize efficiency and are in compliance with international packaging standards to avoid delays. * Continuously work on process improvement and optimization. Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * One to two years of shipping experience * Ability to lift and maneuver 55 pounds * Ability to read and use tape measure * Strong organizational skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Strong attention to detail * Effective communication skills Why Hi Roller?
