Job Description: As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, preparing high-quality coffee beverages, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role will involve opening and/or closing the shop, engaging with customers and staff, and performing various tasks to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of espresso based drinks, drip coffee, and tea. Open and/or close the cafe according to established procedures. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Process transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous barista experience is   required. Proficiency in weighing shots, dialing in espresso, properly steaming milk, pouring latte art, and brewing coffee and tea are mandatory. Strong communication skills and punctuality. Open availability, including weekends. Bright, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the role-playing nature of the position and ability to fulfill specific needs of the cafe environment. Willingness to grow with the company and commit to a long-term role.
