About the Company: A full-service commercial real estate advisory firm that delivers commercial real estate expertise in three ways: development and technical construction services, brokerage advisory services, and real estate investments.About the Position: Hiring for a Owner’s Representative to manage construction of large commercial construction projects. Experience managing ground up technical projects and managing general contractors and design teams to owner/client expectations. Preference for data center, mission critical, and/or strong MEP experience.Requirements: Applicants must have 5-15 years of Project Management experience with large top ENR GC’s Previous experience with larger general contractors preferred Applicants must have a Construction Management, Engineering or related college degree. This is a Hybrid/Remote position
