Subject Matter Expert - General Ledger

Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: Subject Matter Expert - General Ledger Poznań, Wielkopolskie, Poland Your responsibilities: Identify areas within the General Ledger (GL) processes that require enhancements. Develop and prepare metrics and reports to track performance. Support the GL team in resolving complex issues. Conduct training sessions for the Finance team. Participate in system testing for new implementations and upgrades. Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist the manager. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the GL function. Look for automation possibilities within GL processes. Our requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance (AP, AR or GL). University degree in Finance/Accounting or similar. Practical knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills (e.g., Macros, Pivot tables, SAP Scripts). Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to plan and execute tasks independently. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Nice to have: Knowledge of MS Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.). Other European language skills. What we offer: Employment contract.
