Position: Vice President, Investment Banking - Transportation & LogisticsLocation: Dallas, TX Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) to join its Investment Banking team, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The VP will play a critical role in managing client relationships, leading deal execution, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth in this rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex transactions within the Transportation and Logistics sectors, including M&A, debt, and equity financings. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Oversee the development of financial models, transaction structures, and presentations for clients. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, market trends, and sector analysis. Manage and mentor junior bankers, providing guidance and support throughout the deal process. Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring successful execution of projects from inception through closing. Qualifications: 7+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on Transportation and Logistics or related industries.
