How you'll make an impact Spotnana is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications to join our global IT team. As Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications you will be responsible for managing and supporting Spotnana's financial and go-to-market systems. You will manage and prioritize business requirements from various teams (Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing) and oversee the implementation of technical system solutions. This is a critical, cross-functional leadership position and the ideal candidate will have a strong background both in IT and management, including prior hands-on experience. What you'll own Build, hire, develop, and manage an Enterprise Applications team that lives Spotnana's values Deliver business results in the areas of Enterprise Applications Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical enterprise applications processes taking cross-functional requirements into consideration Drive the technical evaluation, deployment, and management of enterprise applications Evaluate and make recommendations on staffing, outsourcing, purchasing, and in-house development of systems and processes for enterprise applications Identify, document, and communicate Spotnana's enterprise application requirements and craft technology architecture in sync with organizational objectives Supervise the design and deployment of solutions, adhering to technical and vendor best practices and guidelines Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and translate them to actionable solutions Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to delivery/engineering teams Drive adoption of technology and process changes Proactively provide recommendations for enterprise application enhancements Demonstrate commitment to issue resolution, ensuring program longevity and success Guarantee adherence to all governing regulations, organizational policies, and procedural guidelines like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc. Build and manage global teams, guiding and coaching team members, and mentoring junior team members Model skills and behavior aligned with Spotnana's Values and Operating Principles Experience to bring with you Over 10 years' experience with a focus on enterprise applications with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience with Salesforce, including Sales and Service cloud, and integration of Salesforce with third-party systems like Exalate, Jira, Marketo, and others to support a full customer lifecycle Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale application projects Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation Strong business partnership and service mindset for business partnership and outcomes Willing and able to work from either our New York City or Palo Alto, CA office in a hybrid structure Let's talk compensation Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position's compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
