Oracle EPM Solution Specialist - Hartford, Connecticut Oracle Customer Success Services is looking for an experienced EPM Solution Specialist with strong application development process experience on EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS and good functional knowledge on Forecasting and Consolidation process. The candidate should have experience in consulting and have led multiple implementations starting from requirement gathering, converting functional specs to technical specs. Role Description This role involves leading a project for the implementation of Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services (FCCS) and Planning & Budgeting in EPBCS. Driving requirements gathering from the Client. Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through with relevant stakeholders for sign-off. Driving technical design and implementation of the FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS solution and supporting post-launch. Driving Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the solution. Developing integration for loading metadata/data in EDMCS and Data Integration. Creating custom reports. Assisting in the preparation of system documentation. Performing Unit and System Integration Testing. Support User Acceptance Testing. Assisting with Production deployment and roll-out. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Finance/Business Accounting. At least 8 years of Consulting experience, designing the EPM Cloud Solutions. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design. Functional knowledge - understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements, and of Planning & Forecasting. Implementation experience with designing detailed components of the FCCS and EPBCS solution. Knowledge of EPM Automate and scripting (Batch, VBScript, Python, and PowerShell). Experience with managing EDM hierarchies, providing a centralized repository of master data and associated attributes, create mappings that feed downstream applications and enabling data governance. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range: from $41.83 to $85.67 per hour; from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
