Core functions include system structuring, strategic solution implementation, and enhancing interactive business processes. What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience) Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science. Experience: Proven work experience as a Pega developer. Pega Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x, 8.x, 23.X. Technical Skills: Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, and JQuery. Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology. Project Management: Excellent project management skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position) Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business managers to understand the company's BPM (Business Process Management) application needs. Application Design and Development: Design and develop Pega BPM applications, integrating them with external APIs and databases. Solution Architecture: Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) environment. Class Structures and Data Models: Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models. Business Analysis: Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer requirements. Integration: Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot application issues, identify coding bugs, and address bottlenecks. Performance Testing: Conduct system performance tests to ensure optimal functionality. Security: Maintain the security of all system applications. Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $50-75/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
