The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at Capital One (Cap1), is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot . Deploy and manage applications on AWS , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the software development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. Work onsite in Richmond or McLean 3 days a week, collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot , and AWS . Proven experience in developing and deploying applications in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
