Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Company Description Seaborn Pile Driving, a leader in Seattle marine construction since 1947, is dedicated to providing high-quality materials and practices to fulfill our customers' lakefront dreams. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Permit Manager located in Seattle, WA at Seaborn Pile Driving. The Permit Manager will be responsible for overseeing permit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the permitting process for marine construction projects. Responsibilities: Monitor surveys and make sure team members are hitting their quarterly targets. Add all sold projects to Buidertrend/Smartsheets scheduling system and assign tasks accordingly. Complete daily scheduled tasks & to-dos per Buildertrend/Smartsheets Clear updates for projects to aid in monitor issues/progress Manage email communications, create tasks in Buildertrend/Smartsheets when necessary, update Job schedule sheet with Reviewer/Permit Date/Permit Number Develop project timelines and work within project deadlines. Update team when projects may not make deadlines (in a timely manner) Provide ongoing monitoring of project progress (email updates) Work with colleagues to maintain project continuity and integrity. Prepare and submit written reports as needed. Create and update the Process sheets when procedures change. Communicate with clients as needed. Maintain technical proficiency and participate in continuing education opportunities offered. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permit application processes Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the marine construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field OR two years of relative permitting experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
